Located just two blocks from Vancouver's magnificent Coal Harbour waterfront, the eye-catching mixed-use Cardero development replaces an existing old office building at a key urban node on West Georgia Street, the gateway to the downtown core. Its prime location is well-suited to the contemporary needs of the neighborhood.

Cardero sits above a four-storey podium containing ground level retail and 4,200 square meters of combined office space. The project comprises 118 market residential units, with 60% suitable for families, helping fulfill the City of Vancouver's priority of increasing family-oriented housing

Sustainability features are also incorporated including stormwater management, high performance double glazed curtain wall, operable windows for natural ventilation, concrete with recycled content, and individualized thermal comfort controls. Butterfly Apartments

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver at 696 Burrard Street, it is a 57-storey apartment tower with 331 residential units.

The elegant curvilinear facade has a triple layering. The insulating middle layer is enveloped by inner and outer layers of concrete, ensuring structural integrity and temperature modulation within the entire tower.

The new courthouse, police station, commercial, office, cultural, entertainment, and public facilities have brought a new look and vitality to the community. Additionally, the 3400 residential units are divided into three categories - 50% social housing, 30% private residences for sale at market price, and 20% luxury housing, accommodating a mix of citizens from diverse backgrounds and social classes.

The balconies provide panoramic views of Paris, with residents on the east side overlooking the Montmartre highlands in northern Paris, and residents on the southwest side above the 8th floor having views to the Eiffel Tower.
